Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free from makeup, sweat, or deodorant marks.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
